First Dinner

We're serving the first dinner from the truck! It was cooked inside, but the truck is far enough along for serving. The cooktruck looks great with new exterior paint and new dry erase boards.

Tonight's menu:

Ham
Green Bean Cassarole
Scalloped Potatoes
Lettuce Salad

It was a warm, sunny day - good for rehearsal!

6:00 AM Food Drop!

Welcome to summer. Have we ever received a food drop this early?

Today is Monday, May 24; It's Percussion pre-season workshop

Welcome to the start of the 2010 tour.

The percussion workshop is at St. Clement's Parish in Epworth, IA - just west of Dubuque on Hwy. 20. Click here for weather.

Joshua, Lindy, Rod and myself will try to keep up with all that is happening. Our intent is to have daily updates during tour starting next week. We have lots to do to get up to speed so be gentle to us.

Here is a task for each of you to do - now that you've found the Virtual Cooktruck, share the site with parents and families of first year Colts that you've befriended.
