If you build it"If you build it, they will come"... not only that, but we played too! Yesterday's historical performance at the Field of Dreams' 25th Anniversary celebration was truly remarkable. Dressed in special edition baseball uniforms,
a team of celebrities waited to take the field. Along with Kevin Costner, a majority of the original cast, crew, and producers were in attendance. Bob Costas from NBC was present, along with many other news anchors from Iowa.
Before the historic game started, our own Jessica Fuller sang our national anthem, just as the honor guard presented the colors.

After performing our parade tune, the crowd became distinctly quite as Jon Fuller and the hornline performed "The Place Where Dreams Come True", from the original soundtrack to the Field of Dreams.
Complete with goosebumps, hugs, and even tears from some; the hornline touched many people that afternoon. One of the former actors even said to the hornline as they walked past

"Congratulations Colts. Horner would have loved that."
(James Horner was the film score composer for Field of Dreams)

Today the corps has moved in to our final housing site of Cornfield; Central High School in DeWitt,Iowa.
