I found the janitor . . .

with the key to unlock the electrical box to reset the circuit breaker that we tripped. We now have power to the cooktruck again.

I believe I'm close to getting the 2011 cooks calendar posted. In the meantime, email me (colts.cooks@comcast.net) if you want a copy of the calendar so you can pick your days to tour.

Got to go! Jody G. says she needs the 50# of hamburger chopped in ten minutes to get meal 3 in the oven.

And the 2011 show is . . .

to be announced later. You didn't really think I knew anything, did you?

No, we're not the only Corps that is waiting to announce the show title. On the DCI site, the Bluecoats executive director states they haven't announced their program title; or other show details.

I suspect once the full corps is together, we'll hear more. Besides, isn't this more exciting! Just like waiting for Christmas morning. Or Cornfield to start?

Ahhh! That's what smells

As Alf pointed out - I either need to light the pilot on the hot water heater or turn off the gas.

To help warm the Truck, I chose to light the pilot.

It's Alive!

Yes, the Cooktruck is up and running. Ok, it's walking. Slowly. Like me.

I found the virtual keys to open the truck so I can check the condition of the hot water heater, propane tanks, grill, plumbing, dead Thermo-King, freezer shelves, etc. Most importantly (I think), I found some left over red paint that I put to use.

I'm off to try and figure out the problem with the link to the 2011 Cook Calendar on the right. Yes, I know it doesn't work!

Let me know what you think of the paint job.
