random question for any uniform moms around here. I'm borrowing a pair of the Colts' old cream pants, but they are in dire need of washing/ironing. BUT the label says no iron. How do I clean them/dry them/make them have good creases? Anyone? Thanks, LeAnn PS I'm borrowing them because I'm apparently going to be the model in a marching band book....and I didn't want to wear shitty marching band pants that don't fit!

The pants have been washed in commercial washers and I know they have been ironed at times. I would just use something like maybe a flour sack kitchen towel or a pillow case, wet it some and steam iron the pants to put creases in them. If you choose to just use your iron, I'd watch the temperature. Hope that helps some.

Have them dry cleaned. They'll look really nice.
