Colts April Camp Schedule

Friday
8 p.m. Unload equipment/registration
9 p.m. Full meeting in cafeteria – all members, parents and staff
9:15 p.m. Rehearsal: brass in main gym; guard back gym; percussion music rooms; pit cafeteria
11:30 p.m. Snack
12:30 a.m. Lights out

Saturday
8 a.m. Wake/eat
9 a.m. Brass stretch in main gym; percussion stretch/sectionals
9:30 a.m. Guard leave for Fulton Elementary
9:45 a.m. Brass sectionals main gym; percussion music rooms; pit cafeteria
12:30 p.m. Lunch; lunch to guard at Fulton
1:30 p.m. Brass marching/playing outside (main gym if weather stinks); percussion sectionals music rooms, pit back gym or cafeteria
5:10 p.m. Pick up guard and bring back
5:30 p.m. Dinner
6 p.m. Full staff meeting in band room
6:30 p.m. Full corps meeting in main gym
7:15 p.m. Guard depart for rehearsal; percussion music rooms; pit cafeteria; brass main gym
9 p.m. Brass/pit ensemble in main gym – make recordings
9:30 p.m. Full corps ensemble main gym – make recordings
10:40 p.m. Pick up guard at Fulton
11 p.m. Snack and load equipment truck. Load all pit, any uniforms still in the school, as much food and kitchen as possible. Do not load guard, battery, or brass equipment.
12:30 a.m. Lights out

Sunday
8:30 a.m. Wake/eat/clean/pack/load
10 a.m. Truck leaves for Senior. Pit to Senior in cars and in the truck; brass sectionals main gym; percussion sectionals music rooms; guard back gym
10:30 a.m. Pit sectionals outside or in main lobby if raining
10:30 a.m. Percussion bus leaves to Senior – equipment carefully under bus
11 a.m. Colt cadets arrive. The have upper gym until noon if not raining. Main gym until 12:30.
11 a.m. Percussion sectionals outside or in upstairs gym
11:30 a.m. Colts guard bus leaves to Senior
11:45 a.m. Cadets ensemble – main gym (til 12:30 p.m.)
Noon – Colts guard sectionals, upper gym until 12:30. Move to main gym for ensemble beginning 12:45
12:15 p.m. Brass bus leaves to Senior (tubas under bus, wrap in sleeping bags)
12:30 p.m. Senior High Guard rehearsal – upstairs gym until 1 p.m.
12:30 p.m. Colts pit and battery – main gym
12:45 p.m. Full Colts corps ensemble main gym until 1:45 p.m.
1 p.m. Cadets color guard upstairs gym; Cadet brass and percussion – wrestling room
1:45 p.m. Colts meet in sections

2 p.m. Colts Spring Debut

2:02 p.m. Introduction and welcome
2:10 p.m. Performance – Senior color guard
2:20 p.m. Performance – Colt cadets
2:30 p.m. Performance – Colts youth choir
2:55 p.m. Performance – Colts
3:15 p.m. Meeting/load equipment
4 p.m. Dismissal
