7:10 AM - Drop off at North Shore Community Baptist Church, unload, walk to staging area
7:30 AM - Staged, warm up and ready to go
8:00 AM - Beverly Farms step off
9:00 AM - Load buses and depart for Manchester
9:30 AM - Arrive in Manchester, unload and set-up
10:00 AM - Manchester parade begins
11:30 AM - Depart from Manchester
12:00 PM - Arrive at housing
12:15 PM - Meal 2/pack a snack dinner
1:35 PM - BIS
1:45 PM - Depart for Wakefield
2:15 PM - Arrive/unload
2:30 PM - Warm up
4:00 PM - Staged and ready to go
4:30 PM - Parade step off
5:50 PM - Finish parade, begin to load buses, depart, eat snack in route
