• Contact Bill via phone (651-470-3553) if you can help on the cooktruck at Ball State.  Or just show up at the cooktruck and tell the head cook, "Put me to work!!.  I want to help feed the kids!"  Thanks for considering to volunteer.

8:15 AM - Crews depart for remote field
9:00 AM - Wake/Meal 1
9:50 AM - BIS
10:00 AM - Depart for remote fields
10:15 AM - Stretch; pit unload
10:45 AM - Get instruments off truck
11:00 AM - Sectionals (brass on field 1, percussion on field 2, guard on field 3)
1:15 PM - Meal 2 (meal brought to fields)
2:00 PM - Visual (brass & battery on field 1, guard on field 3)
2:45 PM - Battery to field 2

5:00 PM - Meal 3 (meal brought to fields)

6:00 PM - Re-warm in stadium

6:30 PM - Full ensemble rehearsal in stadium
10:00 PM - Wrap and clear stadium

10:30 PM - Pit and props load
11:15 PM - Depart back to housing
11:30 PM - Meal 4
12:20 AM - Cymbal I&E performance
12:45 AM - Lights out
