• Check the 2018 Cook's Calendar on the right under Important Information.  Any day we don't have at least four volunteers listed is a day we're short.  Two or less and we're critically short!  Contact Bill via email (volunteers@colts.org) or phone (651-470-3553) to sign up or ask questions.
• Mail will be delivered from the Colts office to the members through June 22.  All delivery options are accepted.  The mail drop address is:

Today's Schedule - times and activities are approximate
8:00 AM - Wake/Meal 1
9:00 AM - Member meeting in gym
10:00 AM - Pack and load; sack lunches/snacks; cooktruck load right away
11:25 AM - Butts in seats
11:30 AM - Depart; eat sack lunch in route; cooktruck departs for NIU
12:00 PM - Buses drop members at Prescott Elementary; walk to Jackson Park (pit walks to Washington Park)
12:15 PM - Warm up begins
1:30 PM - Full ensemble in Jackson Park; parade begins; Colts are last with step off about 2:15
3:00ish PM - Summer debut performance following Memorial Day services
3:30ish PM - Load and eat pizza
4:30ish PM - Depart for NIU
7:30ish PM - Arrive NIU; unload & settle in; field line; set up scaffolding and props
8:30 PM - Sectionals
11:00 PM - Meal 4
12:00 AM - Lights out
