9:20 AM - Buses depart for field
9:30 AM - Full corps stretch (pit unload)
10:00 AM - Unload equipment
10:15 AM - Visual-guard on F2 (scaffolding), brass & battery on F3
11:15 AM - Battery to subs
1:15 PM - Meal 2 (remote)
2:00 PM - Sectionals-brass on F2 (scaffolding), guard on F3, battery in subs
5:20 PM - Load buses
5:30 PM - Depart
5:40 PM - Meal 3 (EAT INSIDE)
6:15 PM - BIS
6:20 PM - Depart
6:30 PM - Arrive
6:40 PM - Clinic for local band students in stadium
7:00 PM - Rewarm
7:20 PM - Ensemble
9:30 PM - Run
9:45 PM - Warm down and transition (front ensemble load)
10:15 PM - Load buses to return to housing
10:30 PM - Meal 4
11:30 PM - Lights out
