Yeah...more pictures! I really miss not seeing daily updates...but I finally got the Ankeny tape...what a jewel that is!!!! Have shown it to all the friends and family around the state of Minnesota. Also got the CD from finals last Friday...how professional the Colts sound on that recording....it is so fun to listen to the show with my eyes shut and enjoy the musical portion of the show. You would never know they are moving and playing at the same time.
We are enjoying a wonderful fall in MN with 70 and 80 degree weather..perfect for the half-time shows being put on every weekend. We were at the MN Gopher game on Saturday and enjoyed the Gopher marching band (they are 308 strong this year - everyone is thinking bowl game).
This saturday we go to Ames to see the Iowa State Cyclone marching band (they are about 280 strong - even without a bowl game in sight). We will get to see three (Adam, Cat and Scott) of our favorite Colt members who are part of the great drumline at Iowa State.
So, for now...bye...keep those pictures coming Mr. Cooktruck. Did you get any of the age-outs at Ankeny?
Thanks for the pictures David. It's great to see the Colts 2004 memories still are alive. This last weekend my son and I watched a local parade and all the marching bands which of course would bring up the colts marching season. His comment was "you know mom, colts 2004 won't be over until we start playing the 2005 music." So for us it's great to see the photos of 2004. Thanks again
