  • For the first half of tour, send all mail to the corps offices.  We will make weekly runs (June 30, July 6, and July 13) between Dubuque and the corps.  You may use any carrier for this time period.  Address mail as follows:

    10:30 AM - Brass & percussion arrive, unload equipment, set up props & podiums; guard in sectionals
    11:15 AM - PT for brass & percussion
    11:45 AM - Sectionals for brass & percussion
    1:30 PM - Meal 2 (on site for guard, remote for brass & percussion)
    2:00 PM - Guard load Staff bus and depart for Senior
    2:30 PM - Visual
    6:00 PM - Meal 3 (remote)
    7:00 PM - Rewarm
    7:20 PM - Full ensemble
    9:15 PM - Run through
    9:35 PM - Ensemble ends; load trucks & buses
