9:00 AM - Wake/Meal 1/grab uniforms

10:00 AM - Stretch in sections

10:15 AM - Sectional warm up

11:00 AM - Ensemble
11:40 AM - Run
12:00 PM - Eat and load
1:20 PM - BIS

1:30 PM - Depart for show

2:50 PM - Arrive, prop and scaffolding crews immediately off buses and walk to prop build zone
3:37 PM - Prop truck moves
5:00 PM - Walk to gate

5:22 PM - Gate

5:42 PM - Perform
6:00 PM - Quick wrap up & discuss further instructions
6:15 PM - Props and equip truck load immediately
6:30 PM - Pizza meal at buses
7:24 PM - Prop and equip truck move
9:45 PM - BIS
10:00 PM - Depart
11:00 PM - Arrive at housing; PB & J set out

12:00 AM - Lights out

On the way to show - tubas under Butt Party, show flags under Twit, battery under Mike

After the show, load all equipment back onto trailer immediately.  Uniforms stay on buses.
