9:30 AM - Crews depart for remote fields
10:15 AM - Wake/Meal 1
11:10 AM - Load buses to depart for remote fields

11:30 AM - Stretch; pit unload first
12:00 PM - Get instruments off truck

12:15 PM - Visual-brass on field 1, percussion on field 2, guard on field 3
2:15 PM - Meal 2 (brought to practice field)

3:00 PM - Sectionals-guard on field 1, percussion on field 2, brass on field 3

4:00 PM - Guard and brass switch
5:00 PM - Meal 3 (brought to practice field)
6:00 PM - Sectional warm up in stadium
6:30 PM - Ensemble in stadium
9:40 PM - Run
10:00 PM - Announcements/load
11:00 PM - Depart for housing
11:15 PM - Meal 4
12:30 AM - Lights out
