Today's Schedule - times and activities are approximate

8:45 AM - Crews depart for remote fields
9:30 AM - Wake/Meal 1
10:25 AM - Load buses for remote fields

11:00 AM - Full corps stretch; pit unload first

11:30 AM - Get equipment off truck
11:45 AM - Visual-brass on F1, guard on F2, battery on F3
1:45 PM - Meal 2 (brought to field)

2:30 PM - Sectionals-guard on F1 while brass warms up then F2, brass on F2 for warm up then F1, battery on F3

5:00 PM - Meal 3 (brought to field)
6:00 PM - Sectional warm up in stadium
6:20 PM - Ensemble in stadium

9:450 PM - Run
10:00 PM - Warm down & transition; load and move equipment
10:45 PM - Depart for housing (van pit if needed)

11:00 PM - Meal 4

12:30 AM - Lights out
