9:00 AM - Transition

9:10 AM - Brass panel people set up panels on field 1

               Battery sectionals on field 2 (band field)

               Guard in member gym

10:45 AM - Guard load bus

11:00 AM - Guard depart for field 3

12:15 PM - Guard load bus to return for lunch

12:30 PM - Meal 2

1:15 PM - Guard load bus for return to field 3

1:30 PM - Brass sectionals on field 1

               Battery sectionals on field 2

               Pit sectionals

               Guard on field 3 (restrooms 3:15)

3:30 PM - Percussion ensemble on field 2 (pending weather)

5:15 PM - Gua    rd bus back to housing

5:30 PM - Meal 3, (brass bring panels to stadium edge on way to dinner,                 set up mics on stadium field, pending weather)

6:20 PM - Guard move panels to stadium field

6:30 PM - Brass rewarm in side 2 end zone

               Battery warm up on side 1 track/pit on field
