9:00 AM - Block 1

               Brass visual on field 1 (bring panels)

               Percussion sectionals-battery on field 2, pit in lot

               Guard stretch in member gym

10:30 AM - Guard joins horns on field 1

12:00 PM - Meal 2

1:00 PM - Sectionals

               Brass on field 2

               Guard on field 1

               Percussion sectionals

2:30 PM - Ensemble on field 1

4:00 PM - Full run (after run, guard bring panels to trailer)

4:30 PM - Eat, pack and load (EPL)

6:00 PM - Equipment trailer departs for Creston

6:00 PM - Depart for laundry (maybe 6:15)

7:00 PM - Laundry

8:00 PM - Admin team, volunteers and cooktruck depart for Creston

9:55 PM - Butts in seats (BIS)

10:00 PM - Depart laundry
11:00 PM - Arrive in Creston
