• Attention Member Parents: If your son/daughter has an upcoming birthday during the remainder of the season, please email me (colts.cooks@comcast.net) with their name (first and last) and birth date so I can add it to the blog.
• If you're stopping by the cooktruck, pick up some fresh vegetables and/or fruit to donate.  The kids love them! You do need to be masked and follow social distancing.

Today's Schedule - times and activities are approximate

7:00 AM - Meal 1

8:00 AM - Depart for remote fields

8:30 AM - Stretch

9:00 AM - Sectional warm-up

               Brass on field 1

               Percussion on field 2

               Guard on field 3

9:45 AM - Ensemble

10:45 AM - Run

11:15 AM - Load/return to housing (pit, props, and afternoon scaffolding in vans as needed)

11:45 AM - Meal 2

1:00 PM - Cooktruck closes - have water jugs filled by this time

1:25 PM - BIS

1:30 PM - Depart (battery & brass on Mike and Butt Party; pit & guard on Twit)

2:00 PM - Warm-up in Military Park

2:45 PM - Guard moves inside for warm-up (depart room by 4 PM)

3:45 PM - Load buses in Military Park and depart for stadium

3:55 PM - Unload buses at gate

4:19 PM - Step off for show (perform, wrap-up, age outs re-enter, corps re-enters for viewing)

4:45 PM - Age-out recognition

5:00 PM - Load trucks and buses

5:40 PM - Return to stadium to watch Charlotte (must have wrist band)

5:55 PM - Charlotte performs (immediately return to buses for departure)

6:30 PM - BIS

6:35 PM - Trucks and buses depart for hotel

7:15 PM - Meal 3

8:30 PM - Corps meeting

10:30 PM - Meal 4 - snacks, cereal, leftovers

11:30 PM - Lights out
