7:00 AM - Meal 1

8:00 AM - Depart for remote fields

8:30 AM - Stretch

9:00 AM - Sectional warm-up

               Brass on field 1

               Percussion on field 2

               Guard on field 3

9:45 AM - Ensemble

11:00 AM - Full run

11:30 AM - Load/return to housing

12:00 PM - Meal 2

1:40 PM - BIS

1:45 PM - Depart (battery, brass & DMs on Mike & Butt Party; pit, guard & props on Twit) --- think about props

2:15 PM - Warm-up in Military Park

3:10 PM - Guard moves inside for warm-up in room B (depart by 4:25 PM)

4:00 PM - Load buses in Military Park and depart for stadium

4:10 PM - Unload buses at gate

4:43 PM - Step off for show

5:20 PM - Load trucks and buses, pizza in lot, equipment check-in, flag sales

6:45 PM - Trucks and buses depart for Auxiliary lot

7:00 PM - Free time in stadium or stadium lot (meal 3 clean-up)

10:35 PM - Drum majors and guard captains meet in south concourse in uniform for DM finale

10:52 PM - Last corps performs - meet in stadium, look in Slack for section to gather in

11:10 PM - Watch Drum Major finale together

11:30 PM - Return to buses

11:45 PM - BIS

11:50 PM - Return to hotel, must goes at cooktruck

12:30 AM - Meal clean-up crew 4

1:00 AM - Lights out
