Cooktruck at Hempstead
Equipment truck at Senior
3:30 AM - Arrive in Dubuque, IA
8:30 AM - Wake/Meal 1
9:30 AM - Bus to laundry
12:45 PM - Bus departs laundry for Hempstead ( Mike bus
drives to Senior HS for battery to get instruments enroute
back from laundry)
1:00 PM - Meal 2 (field liners and prop unloaders depart in
bus at 1:45; guard unloaders depart to retrieve equipment
and return)
2:00 PM - Block 1 (brass and pit bus to Senior) - brass in
stadium, battery meet by cooktruck, front ensemble meet
at truck, guard on turf field)
6:00 PM - Meal 3 at Senior (battery and guard bus to Senior,
depart at 5:50) 
7:00 PM - Block 3 at Senior - rewarm in stadium
7:15 PM - Ensemble
8:50 PM - Run through
9:00 PM - Bus back to Hempstead
9:45 PM - Meal 4
10:45 PM - Bus to Walmart
12:00 AM - Bus returns to Hempstead
12:30 AM - Lights out
