Today's Schedule - times and activities are approximate

7:00 AM - Meal 1

7:45 AM - Prop unload depart in vans
8:00 AM - Depart for practice fields

8:30 AM - Stretch

9:00 AM - Sectional warmup

               Brass on field 2

               Battery on field 1
               Front ensemble on field 1

               Guard on field 3

10:00 AM - Ensemble

11:30 AM - Run through

12:00 PM - Load/return to housing (pit, props, and afternoon
scaffolding in vans as needed)

12:30 PM - Meal 2

2:30 PM - Depart (battery/brass on Mike & Butt Party; pit, guard,
DMs/conductors, props on Twit)

3:15 PM - Warm-up in Military Park

3:45 PM - Guard move inside for warmup (depart room by 5:00)

4:40 PM - Load buses in Military Park and depart for stadium

4:50 PM - Unload buses at gate

5:00 PM - Gate
5:18 PM - show

5:50 PM - Load trucks, props, buses/pizza in lot

7:05 PM - BIS

7:15 PM - Trucks and buses depart stadium

8:45 PM - Gather in stands together (location TBD) and cheer
for DCI volunteers of the year (after the award presentation
for Dr. Hansen, free time until 10:00)

10:00 PM - Gather again for awards and age outs recognition

11:06 PM - Return to buses
11:30 PM - Buses depart

12:00 AM - Meal 4 - snack, cereal, left overs)
1:00 AM - Lights out
