7:30 AM - Meal 1
8:30 AM - Stretch
10:00 AM - Load buses
10:15 AM - Depart
10:30 AM - Arrive/unload
10:45 AM - Practice Retreat block, warmup
11:45 AM - Ensemble
12:30 PM - Full run
12:45 PM - Warm down
1:30 PM - Load/return to housing

1:45 PM - Meal 2
3:45 PM - Depart (battery/brass on Mike & Butt Party,
pit & guard on Twit, DMs/conductors & props on staff bus)
4:30 PM - Warm up in Military Park
5:30 PM - Guard moves inside for warmup, props transit
to Military Park
6:35 PM - Load buses in Military Park and depart for stadium
6:45 PM - Unload buses at gate
6:55 PM - Gate
7:16 PM - Show
8:00 PM - Equipment clean up, load trucks, pizza
(uniform/flag/prop purchases may be made at this time)
9:25 PM - Back into uniform
9:55 PM - Line up for Retreat block at top of stadium exit ramp
10:28 PM - Retreat
11:25 PM - Return to buses - load or buy uniform
12:15 AM - BIS
12:20 AM - Depart for hotel
12:45 AM - Snack (pb & j, cereal at cooktruck)
2:00 AM - Lights out
