7:30 AM - Meal 1
8:30 AM - Depart for practice fields
9:00 AM - Stretch
9:30 AM - Sectional warmup
10:30 AM - Transition/restrooms
10:45 AM - Ensemble
12:30 PM - Warm down
1:15 PM - Load/return to housing
1:30 PM - Meal 2
3:30 PM - Depart (battery/brass on Mike & Butt Party;
pit & guard on Twit; props & DMs on staff bus)
4:15 PM - Warmup in Military Park
5:15 PM - Props crew shifts to warmup; guard moves
inside for warmup
6:05 PM - Load buses in Military Park and depart for stadium
6:15 PM - Unload buses at gate
6:25 PM - Gate
6:47 PM - Show
7:20 PM - Load trucks and buses; pizza in lot
9:40 PM - Age-outs back in stadium in uniform
10:45 PM - Corps gathers in stadium (location TBA)
to cheer age-outs
10:52 PM - Age-out ceremony
11:30 PM - Return to buses
11:50 PM - Buses depart
12:00 AM - Meal 4 - snacks, cereal, left overs
1:30 AM - Lights out
