9:45 Full meeting in cafeteria
10 Rehearsals
10:15 Parents meeting in woodshop (across from cafeteria)
10:30 New brass members marching with Bob Smith/wrestling gym
11:30 Snack – please wear your nametag
12:30 Lights out – men in main gym; ladies in aux gym
Saturday, March 7
8 Wake/eat
9 Brass and percussion stretch in main gym; guard load bus for Fulton Elem.
9:45 Rehearsal
10:30 Sectionals/individual auditions/vis in main gym
12:30 Lunch to Fulton for guard; brass lunch
12:45 Percussion lunch
1:30 High brass visual in main gym; low brass rehearsal in aux gym
1:45 Front ensemble in cafeteria; battery in music rooms
4:15 Brass in main gym for vis (body movement)
5:30 Pick up guard from Fulton; dinner for brass and front ensemble
5:45 Dinner for guard and battery percussion
6 Full staff meeting in band room
6:45 Full corps meeting in gym
7:15 Guard load bus for Fulton; battery vis in main gym; front ensemble in cafeteria; brass rehearsal in aux gym
10 Battery in music rooms
10:45 Pick up guard from Fulton
11 Snack
11:30 Caption head meeting at Colts Center
12 Lights out
1 a.m. Set clocks forward; daylight savings time begins!
Sunday, March 8
9 a.m. Wake and move sleeping bags, etc., to edge of gyms
9:15 Brass/percussion stretch in main gym; guard stretch in aux gym
9:30 Board meeting at Colts Center. All welcome to attend.
9:45 Breakfast/showers
10:45 Guard in main gym; brass in aux gym; battery in music rooms; front ensemble in cafeteria
12 Move front ensemble to main gym
12:15 Music ensemble in main gym; guard in aux gym
1 p.m. Dog & pony performance in main gym
2 Meeting in main gym
2:15 Clean and load equipment
3 Dismissal; pick up sack lunch in main hall as you depart. Parents too!
