• HELP US.  We are in need of two van drivers a day.  No special license is required, and the most important skill is the ability to stay awake while safely driving at night.
  Take a look at the calendar and see where we don't have two drivers listed, and that is where we need driver(s). 

• If you're making a trip to see the Colts, please consider picking pick up some fresh vegetables and/or fruit to donate.  The members love them!

9:00 AM - Bus departs with prop unload, field liners and scaffolding
9:30 AM - Meal 1
10:30 AM - All other buses depart for fields
11:00 AM - Unload
11:15 AM - Stretch
11:45 AM - Block 1 - brass on field 2, battery meet at truck/field 1,
front ensemble meet at truck/pit zone, guard o field 3
2:15 PM - Meal 2 (remote)
3:15 PM - Block 2 - brass on field 2, battery on field 1, 
front ensemble pit zone/field 1 at 4:30, guard on field 3
6:00 PM - Meal 3 (remote)
7:00 PM - Block 3 - brass 30 minute rewarm/ensemble at 7:30,
battery 30 minute rewarm/ensemble at 7:30, 
front ensemble 30 minute rewarm/ensemble at 7:30, 
guard 30 minute rewarm/ensemble at 7:30
9:30 PM - Run through
