9:30 AM - Block 1 - brass on field 3, battery on field 1,
front ensemble meet at truck, color guard in gym/field 2
12:45 PM - Meal 2
1:45 PM - Block 2 - brass on field 2, battery on field 3,
front ensemble meet at truck, guard in gym/field 1
5:00 PM - Meal 3
6:00 PM - Block 3 - brass on field 1, battery meet at truck,
front ensemble set up in parking lot by bus, guard on field 2
9:00 PM - Brass visual (no outdoor playing/amplification)    
9:30 PM - Meal 4
11:00 PM - Lights out
