Today's News

A couple of items from yesterday--the Outback food donation became snack, so the cooks whipped up beef stroganoff and mixed vegies for dinner. And some visitors from Naperville brought Gatorade. Thank you!
Pennridge band members and boosters brought lots of baked goods--cookies, cakes, brownies, etc. Yumbo!
The brassline is looking forward to a fabulous mouthpiece boil this afternoon while the uniforms are being washed. Wow, are these kids gonna be clean or what? Water bottles were bleached yesterday.

Good bye to Lauren. Thanks for all the hard work on uniforms and flags and on the cooktruck. Lauren had some volunteers and staff helping with the 24 new flags, including Olaf and Tom Lizotte. It's been busy in Coltsland.

Remember to send Postcards from Home.

I laughed until I cried looking at that picture today. For those who don't know these two guys..on the left is "Jim" R. and on the right is "John" K.

I had the opportunity to cook with these fine gentlemen for a couple of years...they can find the garbage dumpster within a 5 mile radius of any school site!!!

It doesn't surprise me that they also can find a port-a-potty within spitting distance! And one with their names on it...who paid who for that????
