We all agree that the cooks do a fabulous job of taking care of our kids, but someone else who deserves recognition for her part in the Colts experience is Kathleen Knopoff. Many people don't realize that she is a professional seamstress who puts her own home-based business on hold all summer in order to travel with the Colts, taking care of the uniforms and keeping our kids looking sharp. Kathleen is an absolute genius when it comes to fitting, repairing, and reconstructing uniforms, and when she isn't sewing she's helping out in the cook truck. What a gal!!!
Thanks, Kathleen, for all you do!
