Today's News

Hot, hot, hot.
"It's a little different morning here. 90 degrees and no wind. Yesterday wasn't bad,but today is ridiculous," Bill says.

It's a different day, with the downtown standstill performance in the middle. The cooks and cooktruck are going directly to the stadium to set up, while the corps, buses, and equipment truck go downtown.

The "play and tell" on yesterday's schedule was the brass playing while the percussion watched and then the perc. playing while the brass watched.

Snack last night was mustgo. At 11 p.m. Bill says they were washing pans until 1:30 a.m. (always lots of pans with mustgo night) and then up about 6 for breakfast. Ah, life on the road.

Notes: Thanks to John and Marie and Carol for arranging for today's pizza lunch to be donated and delivered. They're the best.

Ed Castle in Sioux Falls showed up to drive people around to shop for groceries. Nobody in the corps. Just wanted to help.

As always, check colts.org for the latest official word on tour news, housing sites, mail drops, or other corps information.

David,

The pics you take are making me excited to do the banquet video already! They are great shots!
