Dinner in DeWitt

We're wrapping up at dinner just now. We served beef and/or chicken fajitas. It was a little hectic, because we had to serve lettuce, cheese, grilled onions and peppers, black beans, and rice. It's worth the effort, though!

Now it's time for a short (for the cooks) rehearsal block. We serve again in 2 1/2 hours!
