10 hour drive to Ohio tonight, so they'll arrive just in time to serve breakfast
Dinner has special guest cooks/servers tonight: East Peoria Mayor Dave Mingus and local Chamber of Commerce Director Rick Swan. The dinner is sponsored by the City of East Peoria, the East Peoria Chamber of Commerce and Kawanis and Rotary clubs and Penny D, Becky C, and Bill and Lisa M.
There was a big uniform wash today too.

I just left a week of working Cooktruck during Cornfield yesterday. I am already missing the kids (not just my son!). It was a great experience and I met many new friends. Thanks to Jody S. for training Tammy M. and me..we were sort of rookies to the cook and travel thing. We had a great team effort going...also thanks to Ashley W. (former Colt) for her help too! Go Red Team!!!
